Reiki
Reiki
Reiki is for bringing the body, mind and soul back into balance. This is achieved by reducing stress and enhancing relaxation, upliftment for general wellbeing.
A reiki treatment is preformed with client in a seated or laying down position fully clothed, with or without a blanket for warmth and comfort. Reiki can be preformed in person with hands touching or just above the body in certain areas.
Alternatively Reiki can be sent distantly connecting online or sent at a convenient time so as to enjoy the Reiki session in the comfort of your own space.
The reiki energy is channelled through the practitioner’s hands into the body or auric field to rebalance the mind, body and soul.
